Tips when lifting weights for enhancing your health

      Lifting weights is very beneficial for your health depending on your goals and are you doing it the right way.  I'll just explain what I do for fitness with weights.


  1. I use 50 lbs. on the bar doing bench presses, high repetition like 5 sets of 20, 10/ 10 or maybe two sets of 25.
  2. Arm curls,again lite with high reps.
  3. Make sure you drink plenty of water.We don’t want dehydration.
   I'm on cardio a lot, exercise bike, elliptical, etc... Again plenty of water after your workout.
Don't over do things, have a set routine. The lite weights/ high reps. is to build strength.
Heavy weights/low reps. is for bulk/size.

   Plus with light weights there's less chance of injury. Best practice is to have someone with you just in case. You never know when help is needed.

   This product here is a life saver too. It provides alkalinity to the whole body. No disease can survive in an alkaline environment. I highly recommend this product.
